To be read carefully before registering and participating:

By registering, you guarantee to us that you will be on the event date, sufficiently fit and healthy to participate in any of the race. You must be aware that the RR65, RR30 and RR12 races are very demanding on the cardiovascular system, the respiratory systems and on the articulations. You must make sure that you will train well in view of this race and that you do not suffer from any cardiac problems, chronic muscular, joint or spinal problems, or any other medical condition that could put you at risk during the race. If you are in any doubt, we strongly recommend that you seek medical advice before taking part. It is also important that you take note of the event's Official Rules: these rules can be downloaded hereunder. 

Special note: Each participant will have to make necessary arrangements for their own refueling (water etc...), even if the Organizing Committee provides refueling station at different checkpoints.

In order to validate your registration, the following documents must be submitted:

1) Copy of ID or 1st page Passport

2) Valid Athletic License or Medical Certificate (the medical certificate can be dated maximum 10 months before race date. Doctor must state that you are fit for Trail running in competition)

3) Disclaimer Form duly signed (form is available on ROAG website when registering). Hereunder sample which you can also download)
